Notice for Our American Customers

Tariff’s and Duty’s will now apply to all orders shipped to the United States. Orders to all other countries remain unaffected.

These tariff’s and Duty’s will be added to your order during checkout. We are required to pay this fee to the appropriate authorities on your behalf.

Current shipping times for domestic and international shipping services are as follows.

Australian Domestic Standard Parcels:  7 to 14 business days.

Australian Express:  3 to 6 business days.

Standard International: 7 to 14 Business Days, worldwide

DHL Standard: 7 to 14 Business Days. United States Only

Express International: 4 to 8 business days, worldwide. A signature is required for using this service. ( Currently Not Available to USA ) Due to operational constraints, we are unable to offer AusPost Express to addresses in Guam, Puerto Rico or other addresses outside of the USA.

DHL Express International:  3 to 7 business days, worldwide. DHL does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A signature is required for this service.

PLEASE NOTE: These time frames are an estimate only.  Delivery times will depend on the postal services worldwide and how busy they are the time of processing and delivery.

Accurate Address Details:  Please ensure to provide your complete and accurate address when ordering. We strive for successful deliveries, but cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details. Also, please make sure there's a secure spot for our delivery partners to leave your parcel. We cannot be liable for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery to your address. Some addresses may not be serviceable by USPS due to various reasons like new developments not yet in the USPS database, or inaccessible post boxes. If unsure about your address, use the USPS lookup tool. If your address isn’t listed or your post box is behind a locked gate or door, please contact your local post office or provide an alternative address.

Please Note: Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Pets-Megastore. Please check with your local authorities prior to purchase. Any orders unclaimed and sent back to Pets-Megastore will forfeit the initial postage fee and any refund given will be less fees, duties or taxes incurred in reclaiming the order from the carrier.

  • Your order will have a tracking number. 
  • This tracking number can be used on the Australia Post website and on your national mail carrier website.
  • Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey right to your doorstep.
  • If you have any concerns with the tracking on your parcel, please contact your national mail carrier with your tracking number for further assistance. 
  • Once an order has been dispatched and collected by Australia Post or DHL, Pets-Megastore no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel. 

Delivery times do not include sorting and processing of parcels.

United States of America:

Standard International: $25.00AU (7-14 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by the USPS. 

DHL Standard: $25.00AU (7-14 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by the USPS.

Express: From $43.30AU (Depending on your location and parcel weight, this will be calculated at checkout). (4-8 buisness days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail and delivered by USPS. ( Currently Not Available to USA )

DHL Express: $55.00AU (3-7 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by DHL. DHL does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Canada:

Standard International: $25.00AU (7-14 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by Canada Post.

Express: From $43.30AU (Depending on your location and parcel weight, this will be calculated at checkout). (4-8 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by Canada Post.

DHL Express: $55.00AU (3-7 business days) for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by DHL. DHL does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this website and the purchase of any products from us complies with the law where you are. We make no representation or warranty in this regard. All local taxes, customs duties and other government fees and charges imposed on any products you purchase are solely your responsibility.

(Note: Customers of EU member States, VAT is now payable by you at customs and may cause additional delivery delays)

If you live in a capital city within Australia:

Flat Rate: $12.95AU (7-14 business days).

Express Post: From $16.70AU depending on location and parcel weight, this will be calculated at checkout. (3-6 business days)

 Attention Customers of EU member states.

Please be advised that from 1 July 2021, the EU have introduced reforms to the value-added tax (VAT) These changes include the removal of the €22 VAT-free threshold. All items from €0-150 will have VAT, customs clearance fees applied. Orders over €150 VAT and Fees remain the same upon customs clearance. These additional fees and VAT will be payable by the customer/receiver before your parcel can be cleared from customs. You will be notified by your local customs that you have an International parcel awaiting clearance. Goods cannot be sent direct to customers until the VAT has been collected. This may add delivery delays due to customs processing.

Please be advised that this is not an extra charge from Pets Megastore and that the VAT payable is the responsibility of the customer/receiver upon your parcel being cleared from customs. In the event of any parcels being returned to Pets Megastore due to non payment of VAT a refund will be applied upon receipt for the product only, shipping costs are not refundable.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and these are emailed to you once the order has been updated as shipped.

  • For parcels shipping into UK you can use your tracking number on www.royalmail.com
  • For parcels shipping into Canada you can use tracking number on www.canadapost.com
  • For parcels using DHL Express you can use tracking number on www.dhl.com/au-en/home/tracking.html

All orders are typically shipped the same day the order is placed, or the following business day.

Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next open business day.

Pets-Megastore is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.

All orders over 2kgs postage weight may be charged additional postage subject to weight of the order and the destination country.
