Are these the same products my Vet sells, are these genuine?

Yes, all our products are from the same manufacturers that provide products to your local vet.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Freight Within Australia – AU $5.95 for parcels under 2kg in weight. Over 2kg extra charges may apply.
  • Outside Australia – AU $5.95 flat rate on all orders up to 2kg.

Free Shipping for all orders over $120 AUD

All orders over $500.00 AU are insured with Australia Post at our expense.

How long will delivery take?

Pets Megastore Pty Ltd guarantees prompt delivery of all pet goods and pet supplies ordered. Most orders are dispatched within the first working day of the order being taken.

If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within two days of receipt of your order Pets Megastore Pty Ltd will contact you.

If you live in a capital city within Australia, please allow 3-10 working days Monday to Friday.

All Deliveries outside Australia please allow:

  • United States of America – 6-18 working days for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by USPS to your door. (normally 6-12 days, but can take up to 28 days)
  • Canada – 10-28 working days for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by Canadian mail  to your door. (normally 8-14 days, but can take up to 30 days)
  • United Kingdom – 6-12 working days for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail & delivered by Royal Mail to your door (normally 5 -8 days, but can take up to 18 days)

All orders are typically shipped the same day the order is placed, or the following business day. Orders placed during the weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next open business day. Pets-Megastore  is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.

Do I need to provide a prescription to order any of your products?

No, these products are considered over the counter products outside the USA no prescription is required. *there maybe an exceptions within Australia.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Australian Bankcard and American Express. Paypal accepts Discover cards, cheques and debit cards. Credit Card payments can be made via our website or by phone order.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you certainly can, and we have different phone numbers depending on where you are in the world;
