- Goods may be paid for using MasterCard Visa card, Australian Bankcard and American Express or by using a Pay Pal account.
- transaction currency is in Australian Dollars. You may be required to pay additional fees by your credit card company for currency exchange.
Please note: The website displays the current exchange rate at the time of placing your order. Some Banks or Credit providers may convert the charge at a higher or lower rate than being displayed. This may reflect a difference in price than displayed on your invoice/ bank statement. Unfortunately, we can not accept cheques or money orders etc. as they incur high bank fees.
- Pay Pal is free to use and by using Pay Pal we can accept all major credit cards including Discover cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and Pay Pal payments hassle-free.
- Orders are sent via Australia Post by Airmail once payment has been completed. Orders usually take 5-10 working days to arrive overseas. Insurance is Free on all international orders over $500.00 AUD, but optional on Australian orders.
If your order fails to arrive or is damaged, the following conditions apply
- Orders which fail to arrive within a reasonable period will be replaced.
Should this happen, we ask that you notify us immediately when either or both shipments arrive.
- Orders rejected by customs and returned to us will be credited to your credit card.
- If for some reason the order has been damaged in transit, the damaged items will be replaced.
- If goods are not received within a reasonable period, please contact us. Pets Megastore will make every effort to track the goods. The customer is also responsible for making every effort to recover the goods.
In the event that an item ordered cannot be supplied
We shall send you an e-mail notifying you that the product is out of stock and provide an ETA for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.
If your order is found to be defective
- Please contact us by email or telephone and arrange to return the goods to Pets-megastore for exchange.
- Any such claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt of products.
- Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
- Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
