115mg Oxibendazole, 25mg Praziquantel, 36ug Ivermectin

INDICATIONS: For the treatment and prevention of intestinal parasites:
Heartworm (Dirofilaria immisit), Larval Stage.
Tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp, Echinococcus granulosus).
Roundworm (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina).
Hookworm (Ancylostoma spp., Uncinaria stenocephala).
Whipworm (Trichuris vulpis).
If worm problems persist, consult a Veterinarian.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:Treat pregnant females at mating, before whelping and then every month. Dogs should not be fed, or allowed to feed on, offal from any species.

DOSAGE: Give 1 EZYBONE WORMER PLUS per 3-5kg (6.6-11lbs).

Repeat monthly or at veterinary direction. Suitable for use in all dogs.
